The ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia has recently witnessed a significant development, as Ukrainian forces reported notable gains in their highly-anticipated counteroffensive. Through the strategic accumulation of Western arms and ammunition, Kyiv equipped its troops to push back against Russian incursions. Deputy Defence Minister Ganna Malyar announced that Ukrainian forces successfully liberated nine square kilometers in the east, bolstering their previous gains.
